The Azienda Agricola Girgenti Salvatore was founded in 2004 in the heart of the Mazzarino area, driven by a deep passion for horses. From the very beginning, the business has stood out for its equine breeding and for organising excursions to discover the natural beauties of the surrounding area.

Over time, Salvatore, together with his brother Giuseppe, decided to expand the company, focusing on an ambitious project: to create an agricultural reality capable of producing high-quality excellence, while respecting and enhancing the environment. Today, the company spans around 20 hectares of land cultivated with olive groves and almond orchards, dedicated respectively to the production of extra virgin olive oil and almonds, symbols of the tradition and richness of the Sicilian territory.
